A day in the winter Wonderland
Last weekend I went to a frozen lake. It was cold and there was snow on the trees. Luckily I weared warm clothes.
First, I dressed on my skates.
When I finished, I carefully went to the lake. At first it was very difficult because I slipped a lot, but after 30 minutes I was able to walk on the ice. After a bit of training, I managed to make a quick turn.
In the afternoon I was very tired and hungry. I took off my skates and took a big picnic out of my backpack. When I was strengthened, I went home.
It was a very funny and instructive day!
